Sophomore/Junior Year is Complete!

I'm a Senior!!!

It's almost impossible to believe that I am a senior now! My sophomore/junior year was full of amazing opportunities that I am so thankful to have been given and that I was so lucky to get to experience! I am awful about taking pictures at things I do, so I don't have very many to recap this year with, but I will definitely do my best!

Halloween 2016
This is just a small fraction of all the awesome things I got to do this past school year! I got to play the National Anthem at an Arkansas Traveler's game, work as a telecounselor in the Admissions Office, play in the pit for Fiddler on the Roof, see the Conway Symphony Orchestra's performance of Danny Elfman's music from Tim Burton films, became a member of the Ouachita Student Foundation, was elected the Vice President of Membership for our chapter of SAI, started selling on ebay, and many many more exciting things!

For this summer, I have been accepted for an internship at the Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic in Hot Springs. I will be working for their C.L.I.M.B. program, which is working with preschool students. I'm also going to be working on building up my ebay store some more, which means lots of thrifting!!! And to end my summer with a bang, I get to go on a research trip to California with my mentor, his wife, my adviser, AA, and one of my other good friends! It's a two and a half week long trip that will end the week before I have to move back to school for pre-school band. It should be an awesome and eventful summer and I'm really excited for all of the experience that I will be getting!

Since the school year is over I will be blogging a lot more and hopefully be sharing a lot of my adventures with you guys! I can't wait! ~Em
