Celebrating In Northwest Arkansas

My birthday is this coming Thursday, June 22nd! I will be a whole two decades old! Since my dad is leaving for China on Wednesday, we decided to celebrate my birthday and Father's Day yesterday in Northwest Arkansas, because I have a bunch of family that lives up there and there are a lot more entertaining things to do up there. We ended up going to the Crystal Bridges art museum in Bentonville, because my sisters and I had never been before. I haven't always had an appreciation for art but as I get older I truly love observing the magnificence that is art. I love looking at the close attention to detail and admiring the patience that artists have to put into their work. After that we ate dinner at one of my all time favorite restaurants, P.F. Chang's! I had Crispy Green Beans for an appetizer and my favorite dish, which is Kung Pao Chicken. My sisters and I then went to Candy Craze to stock up on some candy before we got back on the road to go home! Some of my favorite gifts that I got from that side of my family were a gift card to thriftbooks.com, which is an amazing website I recently found out about that has used books for sale for really good prices, and seasons 4 and 6 of Adventure Time on DVD. I'm not really sure how I had season 5 for I got 4 but now I have all of the seasons that are available on DVD! It was nice to see my family that lives in NWA because I don't get to see them very often anymore and we always have a great time when we are together.
