Happy Birthday Daddo!

Happy Birthday to my Dad! 

Today is my dad's birthday and even though he doesn't have any social media and might not see this, I wanted to dedicate this post to my dad! Today my dad turned 39! I know that not everyone gets to have young parents like mine, but it is really awesome! I feel like they tend to be more understanding and they kind of get to grow up with you, or at least my parents have. My dad has been such an inspiration to me. His former students will come up to me all the time and tell me about how my dad was their favorite teacher of all time and how amazing they think he is. In fact, he's such an incredible teacher, that he was voted as the Teacher of the Year in his school district two years ago and he recently was chosen to be the representative for Arkansas for a national teachers board and he gets to go to a gala in D.C. and go to China in June! My dad is also one of the most humble people that I know. He is so compassionate for the things he does and he always has other people in his mind before himself. My dad always inspires and encourages my creative and intelligent sides. We get in competitions to see who can read the most books in a summer and love to play creative games. I love my dad sooooo much and want to make sure I give him some extra love for his birthday!
